How was your experience?
Our client, R. Stafford Company, had been using an outdated Telnet-based POS solution in their seven retail locations and implemented FusionPOS to modernize.
Not only is FusionPOS modern, it is customized, up-to-date, and easy to work with. It also solves many of the issues the stores had with the outdated system. For instance, when Telnet would go down (several times a week), employees could not enter any sales transactions and instead had to hand write their orders.
With FusionPOS, even if the Internet goes down, they can still enter orders with the current inventory, pricing, and customer information, thus completing all sales transactions with ease.
How was your experience specifically with implementation?
We had a good experience working with Matt Gray and the FusionPOS service team. We always felt like we had personalized attention and never doubted that they knew their stuff well.
Did FusionRMS support you in the selling process?
Working with the Fusion sales team, specifically Mike Gill, was great. Mike came to Colorado to visit our top store and take the time to hear about and see the issues we were dealing with.
How did FusionRMS support you in selling to the client?
The FusionRMS team did a great job at listening to our client’s specific needs. The FusionRMS team presented a pointed explanation to our client about how the Fusion solution would facilitate their needs and/or alleviate the concerns they had with the current, outdated POS solution.
How was it different than other relationships you have with selling products?
