Mike Gill – President Mike formed Point Solutions to purchase the intellectual property that is Fusion, after having previously worked with the former owner to develop the Fusion warehouse management platform in 1996. He manages all aspects of operations including product design, development, deployment and customer service. Prior to purchasing Point, Mike joined SAGE software reseller ERG to build sales efforts. At the time ERG had twelve employees. The firm grew through acquisitions and internal growth to be the largest SAGE reseller in North America with 250 employees.
Mike has always had an affinity for retail and technology. Before his entrance into software Mike spent the previous 14 years owning and managing several furniture retail and distribution companies. Mike holds and MBA from Southern Methodist University in Dallas, Texas and a BSBA Accounting & Finance from the University of Missouri.
Matt Gray – Customer Service Director Matthew Gray is the Director of Channel Sales at FusionRMS with his primary responsibilities include inside sales and managing the Fusion channel East of the Mississippi. He has been selling mid market retail systems for over 10 years, with 8 of them being with the Fusion product.
Prior to his role at Fusion Matt was a telecommunications specialist in charge of designing integrated networks for retail companies for Sprint. Prior to Matt’s technical career he managed a $30MM Investment Portfolio for Bank One Cash Management Services.
Matt holds an MBA in Global Management from the University of Phoenix in Phoenix, Arizona and an BBA in Marketing and Finance from Texas Tech University. When not working, you will typically find Matt on one of the many beautiful Texas lakes in the spring and summer or lost in the wilderness in the fall and winter months.
Ricardo Rosado-Trujeque – Chief Product & Marketing With over 25+ years of business and technology architectural experience, Ricardo is responsible of Fusion’s road map. Ricardo is the founder of Innovantum Technologies Inc., company recently acquired by Fusion, developers of OnLoyalty, a digital marketing, brand community and customer engagement platform now fully integrated with Fusion’s products.
From market and product analysis to product architecture, Ricardo has managed cross-functional teams in projects ranging from startups to multinational Fortune 500 across industries. He has developed and participated in the creation of new disruptive products and technology services. Over the years Ricardo has worked with high-profile organizations such as The World Bank Institute, The University of British Columbia, ESPN/Disney, Sony Pictures, The Justice Institute of British Columbia, Health Canada, Carnegie Mellon University, EchoStar DishNetwork, RealTime Media (Australia), True Telecomm/Orange (Thailand) among others. Ricardo holds a Master in Strategic Marketing from the Anahuac University in Mexico and a PhD Candidacy from the University of British Columbia.
Brent Bysouth – Chief Software Architect As an entrepreneur and leader in software and information technology development for over 25+ years Brent is responsible for the architecture of Fusion’s software, cloud and mobile solutions.
Brent has led projects on a global scale for large corporate environments and for small startup teams across a wide variety of industries including SaaS commerce, customer rewards management, cloud infrastructure video-on-demand services, TV on demand telecommunications and finance management systems. Among other, Brent has worked with Chevron, The Loewen Group, Microsoft Windows Media Group, Seattle Sea Hawks, MSN Group, Hewlett Packard, Universal Pictures International, BlockBuster, True Orange Communications (Thailand), Echostar Dish Networks, Telstra Communications Australia, ABC Disney, ESPN360 Interactive, Recording Industry Association of America (RIAA), and Yahoo Inc. Brent is a graduate of the University of British Columbia.
Jake Sumners – Heads the Sales Department at FusionRMS His responsibilities include inside sales and managing the reseller community. Jake has been in sales for 3+ years and joined the FusionRMS team in March of 2015.
Before joining the Fusion team, Jake was a salesman for the Miami Dolphins and a top-rated Account Executive for IMG Learfield at the University Of Tulsa Athletic Department. Jake led the West Region at IMG in sales while he was there and was awarded national salesman of the week multiple times.
Jake attained his Bachelors Degree in Management and Marketing at Oklahoma State University in Stillwater, Oklahoma where he played collegiate baseball. While not in the office, there is a good chance you will find Jake at the ballpark or running the Katy Trail.
